The very famous designers who are looked up to as 'design heroes' and who you will study were ultimately only ever successful or famous because of their brilliant capacity to work as part of a team: to draw on the skill and expertise of others at the same time as encouraging them to grow individually will supercharge your designing and also make it seriously fun!
Students who develop skills of collaboration have a +5 month advantage in progress and attainment
